LISBON, Portugal — Minister of the Environment and Natural Resources, The Hon. Vaughn Miller along with the Minister of State, the Hon. Basil McIntosh; Mr. Jerome Fitzgerald, Senior Policy Advisor, OPM; Dr. Rhianna Neely-Murphy, Director, DEPP; Ms. Roshelle Newbold, Special Advisor on Climate Change and Environmental Matters, OPM; and Director Melony McKenzie, DEHS, are attending the United Nations Oceans Conference which is presently being held in Lisbon, Portugal, June 27 to July 1.  The conference, hosted by the Governments of Kenya and Portugal, seeks to propel science-based innovative solutions to start a new chapter of global ocean action.
