NASSAU, The Bahamas — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation the Hon. Chester Cooper paid his respects to the late Patriarch Bishop Albert Hepburn at United Christian Cathedral, Wednesday, July 20, 2022.  He also greeted family members.  A State-Recognized Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at United Christian Cathedral, Flamingo Gardens.
