NASSAU, The Bahamas — The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) and Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore opportunities for collaboration to their mutual benefit on Monday, February 27, 2023.
