NASSAU, The Bahamas — A State-Recognized Memorial Service was held the late Mr. George Myers, MB, Iconic Businessman (Retired) at Christ Church Cathedral, March 9, 2023. The service was attended by the Governor General, His Excellency the Most Hon. Sir Cornelius A. Smith, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance the Hon. Philip Davis, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation the Hon. Chester Cooper. Also in attendance: Former Governor General the Most Hon. Dame Marguerite Pindling; Former Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Hubert Ingraham; and Former Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Perry Christie. GRAND BAHAMA, The Bahamas — Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, the Hon. Philip Davis, along with former Prime Ministers the Rt. Hon. Perry Christie and the Rt. Hon. Hubert Ingraham, gathered on Thursday evening at Jubilee Cathedral in Grand Bahama for the Memorial Service for Roosevelt Curry of Grand Cay. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Hon.
