Significant Progress Made by Bahamas In Addressing Deficiencies in the Financial Services Sector

NASSAU, The Bahamas — The Bahamas has made progressive strives in meeting compliancy targets in the financial services sector. This, according to Attorney-General and Minister of Legal Affairs, the Hon. L. Ryan Pinder, places the country in a top ranking position in the industry despite its small size and diversity of external threats. Mr. Pinder was addressing the fourth Anti-Money Laundering Conference, on Wednesday, 25th January.
