Significant improvements to operational efficiency, on the 2023 agenda for the Ministry of Public Service

NASSAU, The Bahamas – A virtual call centre, a digital document management system, and a human resource management information system, are among the initiatives of the Ministry of Public Service for 2023.  The Minister of State for the Public Service, the Hon. IDB to Facilitate Technical Cooperative Project to Address Disaster and Health Risk Management, says Halkitis

NASSAU, The Bahamas — Minister of Economic Affairs, the Hon. Michael Halkitis said The Bahamas and the IDB have enjoyed a ‘mutually beneficial’ partnership over the years. First recruits of National Youth Guard begin training in Grand Bahama

Mario Bowleg welcomed the first group of recruits for the Bahamas National Youth Guard Program on Monday, January 16, 2023 at the Police Training College, congratulating the young adults on becoming pace-setters in what is expected to grow into a premier natural disaster preparedness program in the country. Legal Year officially opens in Northern Region

GRAND BAHAMA, The Bahamas — The legal year officially opened in the Northern Region with a religious service at Pro-Cathedral of Christ the King on Friday, January 13, 2023.
