Significant improvements to operational efficiency, on the 2023 agenda for the Ministry of Public Service

Baby Olympics Launch National Breastfeeding Week’s Education Initiative

NASSAU, The Bahamas — For National Breastfeeding Week, the Bahamas National Breastfeeding Association (BNBA) held its Baby Olympics at Town Centre Mall on Sunday, October 3, featuring crawlers, walkers, and runners races to the theme, ‘Step Up for Breastfeeding: Educate and Support’. The special week began with Church Services. There will also be a Ministry of Health & Wellness Zoom Meeting Seminar for Working Women, Wednesday afternoon, October 5; and the annual ‘Umbrella-Thon’ takes place at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 10, at Pinewood Gardens Park.
